Eligibility


  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

  • Personalized, intimate, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • To prevent abuse of supplier inventory systems, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return


  1. Complete our Return Request Form (located at the bottom of the page or in your order confirmation email).

  2. Include your order number, email address, and a brief reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions by email.

Please note: Returns shipped without approval may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds & Processing


  • Approved refunds are processed once your return is inspected and approved by our team or supplier partner.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases (for items shipped directly from suppliers), a store credit may be offered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please submit a request within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos or videos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
