Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Personalized, intimate, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To prevent abuse of supplier inventory systems, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Complete our Return Request Form (located at the bottom of the page or in your order confirmation email).
Include your order number, email address, and a brief reason for the return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions by email.
Please note: Returns shipped without approval may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds & Processing
Approved refunds are processed once your return is inspected and approved by our team or supplier partner.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
In some cases (for items shipped directly from suppliers), a store credit may be offered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please submit a request within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos or videos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
