Lifetime Warranty
Every Le-febour piece is made to be worn, used, and lived with for years. We stand behind the integrity of our materials and construction, and offer a lifetime warranty covering hardware and structural repairs resulting from regular use.
What is covered:
Our lifetime warranty covers functional damage related to the construction of your bag, including:

Broken clasps or hardware failure

Lost or failed screws
-
Damaged or failed grommets
-
Seams opening or coming undone
-
Flaps or structural components becoming unstuck
-
Hardware or construction failures resulting from normal, everyday use
This applies to all le-febour products, regardless of when your item was purchased.
What is not covered:
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from external or accidental causes, including:

Cuts, scratches, or punctures to the leather or material

Staining, discoloration, or spills

Sun exposure, heat damage, or environmental damage

Improper storage or misuse

Natural wear to the surface such as softening, creasing, or patina
These are considered part of the natural life and character of the material.
Natural Material Policy
We work exclusively with full grain and top grain leather, the highest quality grades of leather available. Because these materials are natural and minimally processed, each piece carries its own unique character.
You may notice natural markings such as grain variation, small scars, wrinkles, or subtle differences in texture and tone between panels or from bag to bag. These variations are inherent to genuine leather and reflect its authenticity. These natural characteristics do not affect the durability, function, or longevity of the product, and are not considered defects.
For this reason, natural leather variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Each Le-febour piece is unique, and these natural variations are part of what makes it one of a kind.
Repair process
Canadian customers:
Canadian customers may send their bag back to our studio for repair. We will restore the piece using original materials and hardware whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for shipping/dropping off the product to us. Once repaired, we will ship back to you or have ready to be picked up.
International & US customers:
At this time, we do not offer international repair shipping. Instead, we will send replacement hardware or components covered under warranty, free of charge, including shipping.
This allows you to have the repair completed locally while still ensuring you receive original Le-febour parts.

Le-febour pieces are designed to last. Signs of wear reflect the life lived with your piece and are part of its story. Our lifetime warranty exists to protect the structural integrity of every product, so it can continue to be used for years to come, and not end up in waste.
